Administration

The administrative services are an integral part of LAORA’s mission to increase donation and save lives through organ transplantation. Our administrative staff is responsible for the management and safeguarding of financial assets, assuring that financial and reporting practices are in compliance with standards established by the University of Miami and regulatory agencies; including CMS, UNOS, and AOPO. We are committed to recruiting, hiring, and retaining the most qualified employees. Our staff provides guidance and expertise in collaboration with the University’s Human Resources Department. Administrative oversight promotes a high degree of staff professionalism. Our goal of monitoring compliance, following the University’s set policies and procedures, protects and maintains the safety and integrity of the organ recovery process.
