Located just minutes away from downtown Miami, the Division of Liver/Gastrointestinal Transplant is located at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center campus and is easily accessible from I-95 and State Roads 836 and 826.

Directions

From I-95, points north

• Exit I-95 at SR 836 West.
• Exit SR 836 at NW 14th St.
• Turn right on NW 12th Ave. and our facility will be on your right.
• From I-95, points south and east

Exit I-95 at SR 836 West.

• Exit SR 836 at NW 12th Ave. and turn right onto NW 12th Ave. Be sure to change
• into the right-hand lane.
• Once on 12th Ave., our facility will be on the right after you pass NW 14th St.

From SR 836, the Airport, and points west

• Exit SR 836 East and at NW 17th Ave., North.
• Take the Hospitals and Civic Center Exit, which is just past the tollbooth. The exit will curve around to the left and connect with NW 17th Ave.
• Turn right on NW 17th Ave. and cross over the Miami River bridge. Once over the bridge, take the first right onto NW North River Dr.
• Take the first left onto NW 13th Terrace. Make a left on to NW 12th Avenue and our facility will be located on the right.
